Chapter 94: Heart Attack

Giovanni Wellbert walked hurriedly to his office. He passed all the strange looks his employees gave him this morning.

Some still greeted him, but most just lowered their heads, some even looked at him with disdain.

What's wrong with everyone?

But he couldn't relinquish the positive image he had built up so far. He kept smiling and walked quickly to his office. The election for the next mayor is coming up. He had to maintain his good image to be re-elected.

Giovanni sat on his chair and wiped his sweaty forehead. For some reason, he had been feeling uneasy lately especially since he heard from Alexander Grissham that Aria was in the ruins of that burned museum.

He didn't get any information. Not even from the museum staff. They said no one was visiting that day, the museum was closed for maintenance.

So why was Alexander Grissham there? He even seemed to be looking for something in that rubble.

What does he mean he's looking for his wife? Aria.. was there?

His heart was beating fast.
