DANIEL’S POV.

I was in the office in the house when my phone rang and my brows pulled together when I saw the caller ID.

Worried that something might have happened, I picked it up hurriedly and stood from the chair.

“Sir…” I heard his heavy breathing.

“What’s wrong? Did something happen?”

“Madam… she fainted…”

“My wife fainted?!” I asked in surprise.

“Yes, sir. I just brought her to the hospital.”

“Is it the same hospital?” I exhaled.

“Yes, sir.”

I ended the call and hurried out of the office without shutting down the laptop.

I was wearing a knicker and a round neck so I hurried down the stairs and ran into Mogan who was about to take the stairs.

“What’s going on? Where are you going?” She asked while I brushed past her.

“I will talk to you later,” I said, not sparing her a glance as I bolted out of the house.

I hurried to the car, snatched the keys from my driver, and then ignited the car.

While I was in the car, driving as fast as I could, all I could think of was Sapphire and w
