Aiden looked at her with a meaningful expression, leaving Dea, who had just stepped out of the room, surprised. It was the first time she had seen such a unique expression on his face. Reflecting on her time spent with Aiden, she realized that they had very little interaction. Out of the many hours they had spent in this grand and modern residence, Dea had mostly interacted with Toni.

Confused by the sudden change, she chose to leave Aiden. He was still frozen, gazing at her strangely.

"Why is he acting like that?" she murmured, curious, while in the elevator. She even continued wondering after the elevator doors closed, shaking her head to dismiss any odd assumptions about Aiden. She headed to the dining table.

"It's better to focus on my food. That's more useful than pondering Aiden's strange behavior. He's acting like a madman," she muttered as she impatiently walked. An array of delicious food was already set up and ready to be devoured.
