"Hey can I ask you a question and can you please be honest with me?"

We stop at a red light.

"Of course sweetheart, what is it?" She asks me as she lowers the radio off.

"Do me and Justin look good together?" She looks at me with a puzzled look on her face.

"What do you mean sweetheart?"

I try to think of a good way to explain myself.

"Me and Justin- our relationship to the public eye. How do we look?"

I hope I worded that correctly and I hope she understood what I meant.

"Honey. I'm going to be completely honest here, like you asked." She continues driving again. "You guys look like your typical high school football player and cheerleader couple." As I'm about to talk, she cuts me off.

"Wait I'm not done" She turns right at an intersection. "It looks like you both got together because that's what everyone expected of you two." She hesites a bit then continues. "That or he asked you out because he wanted one thing in particular. From experience I can say." She sighs. "Both aren't
