Renee left the office without looking back.

After the incident with the Grey family, she knew she had to stay one step ahead of Annie.

When she heard Annie crying to Carl on the phone about being slandered, she knew Annie and Wendy had made their move.

Wendy knew too much about her.

Including her diary.

After her night with Carl, a diary revealing her supposed obsession and drugging scheme immediately appeared online. It must have been Wendy's doing.

So she had quietly switched notebooks early on.

As she was thinking, a figure caught up with her from behind. It was Wendy.

Along the way, Wendy observed Renee hesitantly, seemingly wanting to speak.

Renee, on the other hand, remained calm, showing no signs of having just been betrayed.

As they neared the dormitory, Wendy couldn't hold back anymore.

She grabbed Renee's arm and said timidly, "Renee, I'm sorry. You know my family is poor and I'm a coward. I can't afford to offend someone like Annie. When they threatened me, I had
