"Are you gonna stand there all day like a statue or do you need a permission slip to leave?"

In response, he silently stared at me, as if he calculated the number of differences we twins had. "Suit yourself." I rolled my eyes and went to grab my phone from the study table.

Grabbing the phone within my hand, I scrolled down a couple of messages which were work related, some were telling me that the shipments were successfully delivered to the other gangs; one of the men died during a sinister kill and much more.

I turned around to see him but found the entrance empty.

I shrugged and walked to my closet. Clutching a few fresh pieces, I strided towards the bathroom.

Discarding my bloodied clothes, I wore the new ones hastily, not caring if the wound hurt or not.

Turning on the tap, I splashed a handful of water on my face to get rid of the redness around my eyes. The skin around my eyes was swollen and red. "Why the fuck did I even cry for them? They don't fucking deserve it."
