JANE's POV

My heart almost jumped out of my chest when I saw her, I thought she heard all of my conversation with Esther and Keana, I was looking for a better lie to tell in case she asked me of anything because if know how inquisitive she can be, but it turned out that she only came out to take a call and her ears were blocked with her earpiece, she was pressing her phone, she didn’t even mind what I was doing, she was just focused on her phone, it looked like someone was making her angry, I walked past her and went back to Jaxson’s ward, he was done with his food at this point and he was laying down with his eyes shut, I thought he was sleeping and sat down quietly, I was already full at this point so I cover the remaining food and left it on the table and rested my back on the chair, I shut my eyes and Jaxson popped a question.
