Chapter 113: Painful Reject

Back in the cell, Bryce pulled away from the hug and stared at Angela's sad tear-stained face holding her by the shoulder. He stared into her eyes and his heart ached. All he could read from her eyes was pain. He cared for her and believed in her innocence seeing her again. Now he needs to get hold of something to support what he thinks. He was unsure when or how it happened, but he felt her lips on his and gave in to the desire that travelled through his body. He kissed her. Angela did not protest. She allowed him to kiss her and she didn't even know what pushed her to accept his kiss.

Bryce is fully aware that Angela has been accused of murdering two members of the Moore family and there is evidence proving her guilty. Angela on the other hand believes whoever murdered her parents is connected to the Moore family. So why are they both standing in a withholding cell, passionately kissing each other?
