Chapter 89- flatter

Jaclyn's POV

Winter had arrived, bringing with it the first snowfall, and Annelie arrived with Dr. Mike. Annelie was five months pregnant, yet she didn't look the slightest bit chubby; one wouldn't even notice she was pregnant without careful observation. She moved swiftly, while Dr. Mike by her side always seemed nervous. Whenever Annelie made a slight movement, he would immediately follow, almost like a clingy puppy.

Annelie often teased him, saying he was like a little puppy following her around. Whenever she said so, Dr. Mike would gently look at her, a hint of indulgent smile playing on his lips, which deeply touched Natash Yael.
