Chapter 40-Don't remember me?

Natash's POV

As the year-end approaches, Red Valley Pack becomes increasingly cold, with cold air sweeping in on Sundays, driving away the rare winter sunshine from the past two days.

The howling north wind stings the face, and the sky appears somewhat gloomy, getting dark earlier than usual. By 5 p.m. when I finish work, it's already dark outside.

Stepping out of the law firm, I instinctively shiver and pull down the hat of my down jacket. I wrap the scarf around my neck twice and tie a knot on the side, giving my feet a little stomp.

I've always been sensitive to the cold; while it's manageable in summer, in winter, my hands and feet feel like they've just come out of a snow cave, despite wearing thick snow boots.

In the past, the elderly used to say that a girl with cold hands and feet would improve after marriage and having children. However, after getting married and giving birth to Perry, my condition hasn't changed.
