Chapter 29-get back together

Natash's POV

When I opened my eyes, the room was still somewhat dark, even darker than the night before.

I turned my head slightly, and the thick curtains in the bedroom were tightly closed. It was only when I moved a bit that I realized my whole body felt as if it had been run over by a truck, sore and aching.

Certain areas still had a tingling pain, but it was refreshing.

The memories of our entanglement last night were filled with sweat, and in that sticky dampness, desires had flourished.

Now fully awake, I suddenly felt foolish, as if all my convictions had been abandoned in an instant just because of Jaclyn Dills' "I love you."

Yet, looking back, that declaration seemed vague, especially coming from a man immersed in passion and heavily intoxicated.

Despite the all-encompassing soreness, the several moments of madness from last night were undeniably filled with ultimate pleasure.

Thinking about it, every fiber of my being seemed to involuntarily twitch.
