Finding Herself

The wind howled in the distance and Lina pressed herself to Eon’s side trying to make herself small. It is one of those times when she doesn’t want to be seen. She just wanted to disappear but she can’t.

Masaya had already prepared the room that she would use for the ritual. The room wasn’t really a room. It’s more of a corner at the far end of the room. There’s a divan under a huge glass window and from what she heard, the moon can be seen rising from it. A low round table is in front of the divan. There are a lot of things on top of the table that Masaya is currently cleansing. She had lit incense and other dried leaves and the smell of it burning floated in the room.
