Chapter 92

"I'm not going anywhere; the food is already here," said Amara emphatically.

Sansa appeared extremely weak and terrified in my presence, and I was resorting to various methods to keep her close, even if it meant terrifying her. I had thought she would come to my aid in order to save her beloved, Logan, but my actions had only made her fearful, stopping her from even looking me in the eyes.

Her insecurity was palpable, and she plainly didn't want to be in the room with me alone. Sansa pretended as if I didn't exist as Amara walked away to get the dinner, attempting to isolate herself from me.

I leaned closer to Sansa's ear, fearful that Amara might question our unusual behavior, and whispered, "Behave!"

Her poise slipped in my presence, and when she moved to get out of bed, I gently drew her back in.

I brushed Sansa's hair away from her face and touched her delicate features as Amara returned with the food, saying, "Look at you, you're so frail and weak."
