Chapter 915

Yvette and Xavier were already on their way back to Lane Mansion with Noah. While they were on their way, Noah looked at the marble, which looked rather ordinary.

"Dad, Mom, is this marble really worth a lot of money?"

Yvette nodded. "Yeah, relics like that are precious. So you need to keep it safe."

Clifford had also said that a late monk had passed it down, so it truly must not have been easy to get it.

"Alright." After Noah made that promise, he fell asleep while leaning against Yvette. She held him in her arms and didn't dare to let him leave her sight.

When they got back to the mansion, she tucked him in bed before taking a shower and getting ready for bed herself.

Xavier had washed up and gotten in bed before her. When they slept together that night, Yvette had a nightmare that something terrible had happened to Noah. She ended up waking in shock.
