The car stopped less than an inch away from Yvette. Her pupils constricted a little, but she remained calm. There were surveillance cameras, and she didn't believe that Gemma would dare to do anything to her in public.

Gemma looked at the beautiful and calm woman in front of her. If it weren't for Zoey, she would've actually pitied Yvette.

"Are you really going to go against my daughter?" she asked.

Yvette said honestly, "There's nothing going on between Jeremiah and me. Not now, not ever."
