Chapter 308

Yvette hadn't expected Xavier to buy everything so soon and even prepared breakfast. She took a closer look at the food. There was oatmeal, bread, and milk. There were also fruits, and the table was basically full.

When Xavier heard her footsteps, he looked toward her. "I didn't know what you liked, so I decided to buy a little bit of everything. Also, here are the receipts."

She looked at the receipts he gave her and was surprised that he had actually listened to her. "Aren't you blind? How did you buy these?"

Xavier placed a glass of milk in front of her and said, "I can key in text on my phone using voice input."

Yvette didn't suspect him and drank some milk. It was still warm. Then, she took a few bites of bread and purposely made things difficult for him. "I'm not used to having delivered breakfast."

When he heard that, he was stunned. "But I don't know how to cook."

He had tried making his own breakfast that morning, but he hadn't known where to start at all.
