Chapter 152

The first responders get to work, going from house to house to check on people and help them evacuate. Meanwhile, the group members do their best to keep people calm and direct them to safety. One of the group members spots a little girl, separated from her parents and crying. They comfort the girl, and reassure her that she'll be reunited with her family soon. After what feels like an eternity, the floodwaters start to recede. The group members are exhausted, but also exhilarated by what they've accomplished.
