Chapter 14 Weekend

AS USUAL, all I can do here is clean and cook. It's not a joke that it's hard to work at home. I'm thankful that someone came here every week to clean washed their clothes.

"Mareng, I'll help you with that." I tried to say while lifting some dirty clothes that were in the laundry basket.

"Oh, it's okay mom, I can handle this." Patting her hand in the air to stop me.

"Then I'll continue with what you put on." I prescribe again.

"Have you finished your work in the kitchen? Sir, Gab might see you and scold you again." she stopped me.

I slightly pouted my lips at what she had said. She's witness to how Gabriel scolds me when he sees something wrong with me. It's a good thing that Mareng will say this sometimes.

"I'm done, so I can help you hang up the clothes." I put my smile back on her.

Eventually, she didn't do anything because I started hanging clothes on the clothesline.
