Chapter 90

Eric stormed into Ronan’s room, not bothering to knock as he twisted the door knob, opening the door and stopping in his tracks immediately. Both Ronan and Stacey disengaged from the hug, Stacey lowering her head as she blushed profusely.

“I’m so sorry.” Eric said, turning back to leave when Ronan called him back.

“It’s fine. Next time, know how to knock first.” Ronan retorted before looking at stacey.

“Go for your training. I’ll talk to you later.” Ronan said.

He leaned close to her, placing his lips on her cheeks as Stacey’s eyes widened. She nodded immediately, rushing out and making sure she didn’t make eye contact with Eric. Eric's lips curled into a smile as he watched her go before locking the door.

“Why didn’t you knock?” Ronan asked afterwards.

“I didn’t expect the both of you to be standing in the middle of the room, and even so, you could have locked the door.”

“I did. She was about to leave, so she unlocked it. Then I pulled her into a hug, and you came in..” he
