Three months, twenty days and 23 hours since she has been gone. Three months of delaying my plan. Three months of destroying the little I had left. Three months of making me look like an incompetent Alpha.

“Your highness, the elder calls a meeting.” Lucien heard one of the guards say to him, raising his head up as he scanned the guard.

“Tell them to remain there till I’m done here.” He ordered, returning his gaze back ti the floor.

The guard raised his head up slowly, his eyes scanning the alpha’s room. Lucien was the only one in the room and he was just seated at the edge of the bed, doing nothing and yet he claimed till he’s done.
