Previously, Tia said that she treated the fake Bianca with hypnosis, but since Luke found out about the truth, he thought that things were not that simple. Perhaps Tia could be an entry point for investigating the Island of Despair.

Luke believed that the fake Bianca faked her madness. Otherwise, there was no good explanation as to why she appeared out of the blue and did not remember anything from the past.
