Nathan saw what was happening and darted forward to step in front of his mother. "What are you doing? Are you trying to hit mom?" He frowned as he thought, 'Molly is hopeless.'

Molly's eyes were filled with ice when she looked up at him. She stared at him coldly and said, "Hit her? I don't want to get my hands dirty. She's old, yet she's spitting these insults to these five-year-olds. Is this what you mean by educated? If so, you sure are 'educated,' alright! I'm warning you.
