Tinkerbelle looked as though she was in pain.

Madam Goldstein, the orphanage's director, received the news and arrived at the same time. She was familiar with every child in the orphanage. When she heard that something had happened to Tinkerbelle, she rushed over.

"Tinkerbelle has had asthma since she was born, doctor. She hasn't been able to run or jump since she was a child..." Molly and Benjamin placed Tinkerbelle on the bed while Madam Goldstein told her about Tinkerbelle.

"Let me take a look at her," Molly said. She assisted Tinkerbelle in adjusting her posture and allowed her to kneel on the bed with her pillow in her arms and her waist leaning forward. That was a good posture for her breathing.

"The fewer people there are, the better. Others may wait outside. If there is no air circulation here, the child will suffer. Please get the asthma spray or respirator so we can treat the child's asthma." Molly turned to face everyone and said.

Madam Goldstein remained in the room.
