Cassandra's POV

"Aren't you surprised too? He just told me his name and expected me to believe that he was capable of recruiting me into some company that I don't even know," I chuckled.

"Because he actually is," Sally squealed and I froze for a second trying to process what she had said.

"What did you just say?" I blurted out confusedly.

"I said he is capable of recruiting you into a big company. Do you even know the person you met yesterday? This is just a miracle and you don't even realize!" I heard her scream excitedly.

"It's not like this is the first time other organizations have attempted recruiting me, if it's even truly real. I still wouldn't have accepted his offer even if I had known who he was," I retorted.

"What?" She exclaimed.

"The working conditions in that restaurant are the best out of my three jobs and the pay also. Most people who give me offers like that have better pay but hardly have the first condition which is actually the most important thing I consider befor
