Cassandra's POV

I really don't know what was up with Mason, he was really being unreasonable right now which wasn't like him one bit. He always understood my requests, bending in whatever way would be convenient for me right from when he was a child.

Why was he requesting to live with Jason now? What was the origin of that request?

I had only said that I would let him live with Jason to get him to stop crying especially as we were in front of the hospital but I was certainly not going to let him stay with Jason for obvious reasons.

For one, Jason had to work. Being the owner of such a large company must require a lot of effort and he had been spending so much time with the children. He was barely having enough time for his business, not to mention having to take out more time to nurse Mason.

Even if he were to take out more time to nurse the child, how many hours could he spare? Mason was sick and needed constant attention which he definitely couldn't provide. I didn't want my chi
