I thought to myself, this stuff is heavy. This one chapter a day thing is like, not going to work. I had rough drafts/outlines of all this stuff I posted today, and I rearranged my work stuff so I could flesh this out, edit it, and get it all posted at once so we could get to a happier place. Unfortunately, that does mean there won’t be any more updates for a while because now I have to catch up on other things and won’t have time for a bit. Then I go on vacation for the month of June. Honestly, I thought I would have this book finished two months ago. I had no idea it would end up being this long when I started it. If I get the chance to post something during June, I will, but I can’t promise anything. Happy holidays! Love to you!
Everyone counted the trance as a success, even if the information was disheartening. Delta team, the Valkyries, and the rest of the war room regulars got busy analyzing the recordings of the Underworld encounter, the trance information and coming up with ideas. Xavier only watched a few times wh
“Thea, are you okay?” Alaric and Kai mind linked her. “I’m fine,” she mind linked back. “It’s just the mark. I’ll be fine. Stay out on the run with them.” “Are you sure?” “Yes.” To give Thea space, the Valkyries checked in with Xavier, and he told them the situation was handled and not to worry.

A few weeks later, Liam told Thea they were ready to share ideas with her in the war room. “We’d like to see if we’re on the right track,” Liam said. “Let’s do it,” Thea said. They shared the intel and theories they had gathered from analyzing the videos. Then they started asking questions. “If
“That was so much easier than four boys,” Thea said after giving birth to the litter of triplet she-pups. “They’re so much smaller and gentler.” Alaric kissed her forehead. “A blessing.” Kai brought her hand to his lips. “Like their mother.” “Hardly,” Thea laughed. They named them Astra, Celest
It was silent for three seconds while everyone stood staring in shock. “What the hell just happened?” Kai yelled. “Where is she?” Alaric yelled. Chaos erupted as half the pups screamed and the other half started crying. Nannies tried to console their charges. Valkyries looked around for foes, for
“Baby,” it said. Thea examined it for a moment, then stepped forward and threw her arms around it. “Con,” Thea said. He hugged her back, and she relaxed into him. After a moment, he pulled back and looked into her eyes. “Will it work?” he said. “Don’t,” she said. “Not now. I don’t know yet. J
After what felt like forever, a pack celebration dinner, time with the pups, a run in wolf form with Zoe, Caleb, Axel, and Damon, Conri holding his daughters for the first time, promises of a debriefing first thing the next morning, Thea and the triplets finally made it to their bedroom to be alone.
