Old Marlo is akin to a leader or a lord to many of the citizens of Sunders City at one time, and on top of that he was a respectable person and well beloved one at that, despite he isn’t some noble, he was given a title of overseer by the Aeternum and he has been doing his duty, to protect, manage and also care for the people and the city.
