The fight against the 3, Tier 4 monster is not that hard actually, it was rather anti climatic to say the least for a person of my standard. But since it has been a while since I have been in an actions, I actually got a little carried away. A Tier 4 monster is not really hard to defeat, and for this Tier of monster they were usually only a little bit stronger than any other monsters and their special abilities were just something that they good at, usually a Tier 4 monsters abilities were specific and too focused on that one ability.
