“Could you not, appear like that?…can’t you just appear normally..like walking here?..”.“Naturally….I couldn’t, Sire…on these merry occasion there’s need to be a beauty in it…since no one here can do that..then it is my duty to do the job~…But still, I am pleased to see you again sir…it has been rather mundane without you here…Hohohohoo”.(Alfred Monticello)“Sure…here, is the list for all the items here….hand it over to the Transport supervisor…”.“As you commanded, Your Highness…Supervisor!!…Here’s the list!..hurry up and check the content!…”. (Sasu)Alfred as always, appear like these especially at the moment where he deemed that making a spectacle appearance is a must, and the occasions of me arriving here after being away for sometimes is something that he deemed worthy of such flashy appearance. As we were talking, the transport staff, that were always here in waiting at the Teleport Zone, already started to flooding in, and immediately starting to do their work of inspecting al
As soon as the news of my arrival were spread, naturally one by one of my trusted follower arrived to the Teleport Zone, First it was Alfred, then followed by Andrea and Elijah, after a few dozen minutes, it was Mina, Bina and Rafaela also arrived. We do not immediately leave the area, instead we took out leisure times, to relaxed and talked with each other as we observed the Resource Department Staff, moved all the items that I brought. The scene like what happened before me isn’t something that can be usually seen on Earth. Instead of using forklift to haul these boxed and crate. Instead the staff would mixed the effort. Some were using magic to hover the items and moved them around, and there were also, the large sized Demi-Human using their strong physique, Bear Demi-Human and Elephant Demi-Human can lifted and shouldered hundred Kilograms of weight on their shoulders without any problem at all.“It seems that there were quite an array of items these time….I can see that there wer
Spectating the worker moving the crates and boxes at the Teleport Zone, does not takes us very long, after about 40 minutes as the items started to dwindled visibly, all of us are heading back to the Presidential Mansion. Along the way, I can see that New City has started the changes that I have planned before I went back to Earth, at that time, my order is to reorganized the entire city so that It can accommodate the designed for the new looks as soon as I brought over the new plans. Not that a lot that has been changed, rather as per my instructions the roads has been enlarge, so does the sidewalks, on top of that, several buildings has been demolished to make some space.“How’s the rearrangement of the city has been going?…is the entire New City has been completed as I asked?..”.Inside the car, seeing the visible changes as we passed by the Governmental District heading towards the Central District, I can visibly sees that for these part, mostly the part where the car passes, it i
“Oh yeah!…I forgot about that…with Alfred around, I doubt that such things would an issued at all…”.“That is natural, My lord..Hohoho…after you went away…I can’t just bring myself to muddled around in the mansion…aside from taking care of Her highness Princess Ygdrasil…these old man has nothing to do…so why not I give out a little assistance to your highness vision…and surely seeing you these delighted…Hohoho~..my time is simply well spent…”.(Alfred Monticello)I forgot that I have an Arch Lich as my own butler, he actually find something useful to do with his abundance of Magic and also his horde of undead skeletons. With an expert in necromancy in Aeternum, instead of using it just to cause massacre, using the tireless and hunger less skeleton for constructions and labour is another way of correctly using an gifted magical ability.“...But..is it okay?…I mean…you showing your power in the open these whole 2 months…wouldn’t our people have some complaint?..”.No matter where it is t
Arriving at The Presidential Mansion, the entire mansion were in a festive atmosphere. All the Mansion staffs, the maids and all the butlers and Knights were happy to see their lord coming home after a long time. Not to mention all the Maiden members were also here celebrating my arrival, the only person that I can’t see in the midst of these celebratory moment Duchess Kolarova and also Yggdrasil. It was rather odd not to see both of them here. Seeing my rather inquisitive looks, Alfred were fast to take the cue.“Sire, Duchess Kolarova has already went back to Kingdom of Eloesa…she were there to lead the Aeternum Navy as you ordered..recently the Sea Beast has been rather active in the surrounding area of the island…so she was called…”. (Alfred Monticello)“Is that so?…I guess it can’t be help..then again, it’s good that she were doing something…having her here all the time especially now..would be a headache…hahaha..”.Officially although Duchess Kolarova is designated to be my futu
As I revealed the first design of the many that I brought, I presented to them the new looks of Aeternum capital city, New City future looks. These design were not only just a plain architect blueprint, but there were also the full sketch of how it looks when it were finished in both painting, and also the 3d model presentations videos. I spread the blueprint on my Study desk and then played the video presentation on my Desktop computer, or rather since my desktop screen has now been modified to have the Magic Technology in it. The 3d model were shown on a special display mechanism that were developed by Research and Development Department. It was a thing called Image Projections Device. Essentially it was a working holographic projections that were on another level.“.…Dear me….these,…these is so otherworldly….so outstanding….so…beautiful…”. (Rafaela)Rafaela were the same as everyone, the Image Projections Device that showed the 3d model of the finished modified and beautify New Cit
The way Alfred put his words, is rather straight forward ominous.I know that in these world it just worked the same as Earth, whenever you got some plans there will be some people that would always try to object it. What assuring to me is that all the Aeternum government were together in everything that it does, and when it comes to my command for them, they always put it above anything else, perhaps even more important than their lives. I am sure that those that were providing resistance and tried to exploit the plans were clearly those that were not Aeternums. In New City, 20% of it’s populations, were all non-Aeternums. And of that 20% half of it were all wealthy class of people, be it merchant or nobles from outside the country. And these people is naturally self centered and self privileges, that think themselves higher than anyone around them, and these richest people were the one that mostly have some ownership of buildings and assets. They thought that their privileges on thei
It was great to hear that the order that I have given for remodeling the City somehow producing an even larger positive chain of event that contribute to the safety of Aeternum. As we set aside the good news, I continues to explained about the new design, and what everyone supposed to do now that I am here and ready to move Aeternum forward. For now, the plan was to first fully completed the New City make over as soon as possible, therefore everything need to be planned perfectly. All because these project were not like any other constructions that Fantasma has ever seen.“Since the road and the sidewalks to all the roads in New City has been completed…these will made us proceed even faster…Andrea, how can the road be constructed as the design?…”.“The roads is already fully done…then I supposed we can now focused on beautifying everything…from the sidewalks and all the vegetation… We already had the Mana lamppost all manufactured…so all there is left is the installations…there is no
“You’re telling me this is the actual state of their forces?”Selie nodded, her expression unwavering.“Yes, sir. I confirmed all the information personally during the mission, and cross-referenced it with Count Dracul’s intelligence. The data is accurate.”The absurdity of the report was almost too much to process. According to the findings, the Crown Prince Amaris and Queen Romella’s forces were in complete disarray. Each side could barely muster 10,000 combat-ready soldiers, and those were in poor condition. Their leadership was non-existent, their strategies laughable, and their morale utterly shattered.“It’s like they’re begging to lose,”I said incredulously, setting the report down.“How did they even make it this far?”“They haven’t, sir,”Selie replied with a faint smirk.“They’re just floundering, hoping to outlast one another. Both sides are puppets, controlled by the nobles and vassals around them who are more interested in their own power plays than the war itself.”I le
“Summarize the troop positions and supply lines,”Selie instructed Maiden Aria, who was already pouring over a detailed map of the city.“Yes, ma’am,”Aria replied, her voice calm and professional. Meanwhile, Maiden Liana compiled a list of key figures within the enemy forces, cross-referencing them with the profiles provided by Count Dracul.“Do we need to wake the President?”Victoria asked as she filed her portion of the report. Selie shook her head.“No. The situation doesn’t warrant it. This is less of a war and more of a clean-up operation. The enemy forces are barely worth the effort. We’ll brief him in the morning.”The Maidens nodded in agreement, their movements efficient and precise as they continued organizing the information. Selie couldn’t help but feel a mix of satisfaction and disappointment as she reviewed the compiled intelligence. The state of the Crown Prince Amaris and Queen Romella’s forces was abysmal.“The Crown Prince’s forces are exhausted, demoralized, and p
“The Crown Prince’s forces are as undisciplined and chaotic as this file suggests?”Count Dracul, standing stiffly at attention, nodded firmly.“Yes, Lt. Colonel. They are barely a shadow of what they once were. Their troops are underfed, underpaid, and completely demoralized. The noble’s squabble among themselves, and neither the Crown Prince nor the Queen has the wit or leadership to unite them.”Selie raised an eyebrow, leaning back in her chair with an expression that was equal parts disbelief and disdain.“So, they’re little more than children playing at war,” she muttered under her breath, her sharp tone betraying her disappointment. “It’s almost laughable. If this is what they call leadership, it’s a wonder they lasted this long.”For the next few minutes, Selie cross-referenced every point in the dossier with Count Dracul. Every troop position, every supply depot, and every weakness listed was corroborated. Dracul’s responses were quick and precise, each answer adding weight t
“Count Dracul,”she began, her voice firm and unwavering,“I trust you’ve gathered the intelligence we requested. I need a full assessment of the current situation in the capital—numbers, key locations, morale, everything.”Count Dracul inclined his head and moved to his desk, retrieving a thick file of documents.“Of course, Lt. Colonel. I anticipated your arrival and prepared these reports. They contain detailed accounts of the enemy’s troop movements, the state of the Queen’s court, and the overall morale of the capital’s populace.”He handed the file to Selie with both hands, his gaze flickering nervously as she began flipping through the pages with meticulous precision. The room fell silent save for the sound of rustling paper. Dracul, despite his composed exterior, felt a bead of sweat trail down his temple. Selie’s reputation for strictness was well-known, and he could only hope his work met her exacting standards.Selie’s sharp eyes scanned the documents, her brow furrowing sl
“You know, it’s said that the Maidens could topple an entire city if they wanted. I mean, we’re special forces, but compared to them…”He trailed off, shaking his head. Lionel smirked, glancing back at the young sergeant.“Compared to them? We’re kids playing soldier, Miles. But remember this: tonight, we’re part of something bigger. So, keep your head in the game.”After an hour of steady driving, the convoy finally came to a halt roughly one kilometer east of Alemia Capital City. The soldiers disembarked quietly, their boots crunching softly against the dirt. The chilly night air bit at their skin, but it wasn’t the cold that sent shivers down their spines—it was the sight before them.In the faint moonlight, Alemia Capital City loomed in the distance like a wounded giant. Its once-mighty walls were battered and crumbling, scars of relentless conflict etched into its stone.Surrounding the city, like a cancerous growth, were countless makeshift camps—hundreds of thousands of tents s
“The Maidens will lead the mission. Their unmatched skills, combined with the support of the Special Forces under Captain Lionel, will ensure success. This is a surgical operation—precision and stealth are paramount.”Lionel chuckled softly, leaning back in his chair.“Well, I can’t say I’m surprised. Watching the Maidens in action is a rare privilege, and I’d be lying if I said my team wasn’t looking forward to it.”Selie smirked.“Captain, try not to get too distracted. We still need you to keep up.”Lionel held up his hands in mock surrender.“Noted, Colonel. I’ll make sure my team stays focused.”I stood from my chair, signaling the seriousness of the mission.“Selie, you and the Maidens will infiltrate the capital. Your objectives are threefold: map the city’s fortifications, gather intelligence on troop deployments, and locate key targets for our final assault. Captain Lionel, your team will support from a distance—ensuring extraction points are secure and ready for the operatio
With that thought, I turned my focus back to the map, ready to guide my army toward the final battle. On the third day of our march, we finally reached the designated halting point in the Eastern Region. Here, our army was to temporarily stop and wait for the other fronts to arrive at their own respective rendezvous points.Among the five regions, my Eastern troops were the second to reach their location. The Western Troops, led by General Lucas and Governor Duke Oliver Gust, had been the first to arrive, thanks to their unopposed journey. As my men began constructing the temporary forward operating base (FOB), a mix of activity unfolded. Engineers worked quickly to establish defensive perimeters, while soldiers erected tents and prepared their rations. Rest rotations were enforced so the troops could rejuvenate themselves for the final phase of the campaign."We’re nearing the end. Every effort now is one step closer to liberating the entire Alemia Nation. Let the troops rest; soon,
"When this war ends, Alemia will rise again, stronger and united under Aeternum. And this march—this slow, deliberate march—is the first step toward that brighter future."With that thought, I turned back toward the command post, ready to oversee the next phase of our campaign. Our troops pressed forward with relentless efficiency, their pace never faltering despite the numerous side missions I tasked to the detachment units. Each liberated settlement followed the same protocol: Capture of Lords: Every noble or lord who held sway over the settlement was immediately captured and sent to Georgina City for judgment. These lords, guilty of oppressing their people, represented the old regime—a relic that had no place in the new Alemia under Aeternum rule. Establishing Order: The local guards were disbanded, their weapons confiscated, and a new administration was set up. Four of my trusted soldiers were stationed in each settlement to oversee governance, ensuring law, order, and security we
"Commander Bravo reports success in the town of Greenwill. Hostile resistance neutralized. The population is secure and stabilized.""Detachment Echo has liberated the village of Windcliff. No casualties, local leaders have pledged loyalty to Aeternum governance."Each report filled me with pride. These were not just military victories but also symbolic steps toward a better future for Alemia. As I gazed out of the vehicle window, watching the endless column of soldiers, vehicles, and supplies move steadily forward, I reflected on the strategy. There was no need to rush. Our overwhelming superiority meant that time was on our side. The final battle would come soon enough. For now, every slow step forward was an opportunity to stabilize and rebuild, ensuring that no shadow of rebellion could remain."Let others see this not just as a march to war but as a march of progress. Each town secured, each village stabilized is another foundation stone for the future of Alemia under Aeternum’s
