It's been a week since I came to Paris. I haven't had much time to play tourist. After I did the assignments when I got here, they sent me more. I have been hauled up in my room except when I go down to the restaurant to eat.
Today is the day that my mother comes to me. I called Vêronique and asked her to have a car ready for me at 8 am sharp. I told her I need to go to the airport and she told me she will have it ready for me.
I hear the room phone ring. I pick it up.
"Monsieur Taylor. This is reception calling. The car you requested is here."
