Caroline immediately stopped talking and turned to look behind her.

It was none other than Dr. Wilson, holding a bouquet of Leucanthemella flowers.

"Doctor Wilson?" Caroline stood up in astonishment. It had been quite some time since she last saw Scott.

Scott placed the flowers in front of the tombstone and spoke with clarity and tenderness, "You haven't been taking good care of yourself."
