Thomas didn't seem happy about Evan. "If you're busy with work, Jordan, you should go back to Angelbay. There are many of us here to take care of Carol."

Evan looked at him and replied, "I won't leave until Caroline regains consciousness."

"Is there a reason for you to stay, Mr. Jordan? Carol may not want to see you even if she wakes up!" Thomas was angry.

Greta nudged him and asked, "Tom, what are you talking about?"

"I haven't said anything wrong. He knows very well what he did to her!" Thomas said firmly.

Thomas wasn't afraid of Evan's influence because he couldn't bear seeing his niece treated as Evan's mistress.

Evan didn't argue with Thomas's comments.
