Draco had informed Casey that Evan's son had spent the previous night there, so the blood must belong to Axel.

Casey walked toward the bathroom, and Axel panicked when he heard his footsteps. He didn't want anyone to discover his nosebleed, especially his busy father. He didn't want Evan to worry about him.

Casey arrived at the bathroom entrance, where he noticed the bloody water in the basin and the blood on Axel's pale face.

"Should we get a doctor to check it?" Casey asked.
