Caroline was embarrassed and found it to be slightly inappropriate.

Caroline caressed Liora's face. "Storytime for tonight is over, my precious. I'll read you another story next time. It's getting late, and you have school tomorrow. Let's sleep."

Liora said, "Alright, Mommy. Goodnight, don't stay up."

Caroline turned off the bedside lamp, walked out of the room, and returned to her bedroom.

Jamie could sleep by herself now, so she did not need to sleep with Jamie these days.

Caroline lay on the bed and grabbed her phone from the bedside table to read some news.

Evan's message came into view, and she was surprised. She opened the message and saw a photo of Kenny hugging an attractive woman.

'Is there an issue with this? Also, what does he want with sending this photo? Why is he intervening with Kenny's private life?' she wondered
