Chapter 2

"A-alpha!" Immediately they put us down and bow before the man in front of us. His eyes flashed with anger and resentment as he turned his eyes on me.

What's wrong with him?

"Who says you can go outside of the village?" Frightening thought race through my mind as I felt his intense aura that can swallow even the smallest particles in the air. The three men who still in bow paralyzed with fear that could not command their mouth to speak before him. 

I want to run and carry these two to get away from all of them but because of the fear who overwhelmed all over in me, my body can't be function anymore and it's even worsened by my condition. Dark clouds seemed to constantly loom over my head as I stared carefully my two friends unconsciously lying in the dirty mud.

It's all my fault! If I didn't invite them in my flight to Mexico they wouldn't be here struggling from pain and fear. If only I followed papa's orders to approve Charles marriage contract we probably in our home and eating whatever we like! Because of my hard headed this is what we ended!

I'm so pathetic!

"T-the re are human, y-young lord" his face turned pale and his skin felt cold and clammy as he talk back to the one they're called alpha. The man who standing in front of me glared my bloody arm as if he's a wild animals when he saw a blood.  His fist clenched and a scary smirk flashed into his face while the cold wind playing his hair. He look like he's showing us the great of his superiority by giving us those golden with a spiral crimson eyes.

"Human huh? Quite intrigued me to play" he said while looking intently to my body. I felt uncomfortable in it and tried to stand but I my body won't follow in my command. I'm still shivering in fear.

I wanna go home.

"What should we do young lord? Kill them?" My eyes widened when I hear the men who's carrying me in a minute ago suggestion. The man who suit an majestic clothes still stared me as if he's reading my mind. I immediately look away and bitted my lower lips.

"P-please, just kill only me and spare my friends" somehow I manage to speak even though my lips is shaking while talking. A deadly silence wrapped all around and only the sound of nature I could hear.  It's awkward at the same time frightening. 

My eyes turned up when the guy who possessed a great superiority laughed with full of sarcastically. The other three joined him but immediately they shut their mouth when the man stared them with those menacing and wild eyes.

"How brave you are to command me, woman" as flashed as the light goes he's already in front of my eyes, smirking and playing with his sexy lips. I gulped when he touched my hair and carefully playing it. "You know, your beautiful" I don't feel that's was a compliment after all. 

"Why don't you take advantage of that hmm?" A bullet of cold sweat ran through my forehead when he move his face closer to my neck and sniffed it like a dog. I clenched my fist and manage to move away from him. "Just kill me idiot!" I shout. The three man behind him dropped their jaw and disbelief as they look at me. Even me disbelieving of what I'd did, all I know is the thread of my patience cut.

I'm really is a short temper! Heckness!

The man in front of  me shock but within just a few second he burst at laugh with full of sarcasm, did I pissed him?

"I see, your one of a kind" he said while laughing. "Very well, I'll play your game woman... But I'll give you a warning..." He move closer again and whisper to my ears.

"Be careful to not ended up in fire woman, because your already playing with a fire" I gulp not because of what he whispered but when he bite my neck that ended up my whole world turned black.

I woke up because of my neck hurts. I found myself sitting in a place who looks like a dungeon and tied with a chain on my whole body.

What the heck is going on?!

I looked around and found Kate and Alice tied also but not with a chain, a rope. The white soft cotton silk covered my wound in left arm, I can also feel something cold in my wound in my left arm and the pain I struggled are all gone now. I don't know what happened after I lost consciousness but based on our situation should I say where safe for now and danger later?

"Kate! Alice! Wake up!" I shout to wake them up but my voice can't reach to them. "You! Animals! What did you do to my friends!" I can feel my anger ranging within me. I gritted my teeth as I look my two friends unconsciously sitting in the chair and tied.

"Hey! You awake? I thought you wouldn't survive by Calix bite" a stranger man appeared in front of me and laughing as if there something he found a funny. 360° degree I rolled my eyes into him and look him like a wild lion who's ready to attack his prey.

"Why my friends won't woke up?!" I shouted at him. He turned his gaze to my friends with his innocent eyes and laugh again like a child. 

Fuck you!

"Don't be so too worried about your friends, you should worry for yourself by mocking our young lord" he replied and look to my neck where that fucking man bitten locate. "It's my first time seeing the alpha's mark" he whispered but the words he said did not escape through my ears. 

Alpha's mark? What the hell is that?

"Can you just untie me than observing us you idiot!" I shouted again and try to break from the chain wrapped around me but obviously I failed. He laughed again while clapping his hands. "As what Calix said! Your really is a different woman for a human!" I can feel my blood boiling with anger. If i just can crashed him and turn him into a dust then I already did it! 

"Shut up you monkey head!" He stop laughing and look at me intently. Oops it's look like I cutthe thread of his temper but I'm not scared anymore! After that plane accident who gave me a life and death choices why would I scared by this people?! 

"Are you pissed?" I teased him and sarcastically smirk him. He didn't reply at all but after a few minutes he burst at laughing which makes me bewildered.

Why is he always laughing? Is he kind of a mental disorder people?

"Now I know why Calix took a liking on you. You really is interesting woman" he exclaimed and curved his lips into an angel's smile. Out of confusion my brain stop functioning. 

Who the hell is Calix? 

I turned my sight to Kate when I heard her moaning as she woke up. A half-smile flashed to my lips with a so much of a relief seeing them are fine and gained consciousness. As expected they were shock after knowing they were being tied.

"What the hell is this?!" Alice shout and her face turned red with fury meanwhile Kate is bitting the rope like a dog who want to be free. "Chlo-Chlo your okay!" Suddenly she shout cheerfully after noticing me. "Oh! You too Ali-Ali!" I sigh out of disbelief and look to the man who's playing his necklace while staring them.

"Tell me, what do you want from us?" I ask to steal his attention. He shrugged his shoulder and the corner of his lips up as he stared me back. "I'm not the one who has a business with you" he replied and wet his lips using his tongue. 

What are they after to us? 

"Hey—" Someone appeared again and was stopped when he saw the man in front of me. He immediately bow his head as he show his greatest respect to him. I remember that scenery, like that man last night who make those three man bow before him.

I wonder who are them? And why the others so scared and respectful towards to them?

"What's your business?" I felt the superiority in his voice as he ask the guy who's already shivering with fear. 

"Y-young lord o-ordered me to bring these three t-to his mansion" my forehead creased when the time I heard the word young lord. It's making me remember what that idiot did to me! And I'm so pathetic for being afraid of him! But not now!

"Hmm? As expected to the alpha marks, he already knows that she awake. So frightening indeed" he whispered and turned his gaze to me. "Very well, let's bring the prey to the predator" my jaw clenched with anger and looked him intently.

Both of them untied the three of us and force us to walk until we reached outside. The cold wind danced the leaves and played our hairs as we walking through a weird town. Classical are the style of every house I saw in the town, there's just a few people here and all of them are looking at us with those desires and furious eyes but some of them looks tense as they glared me.

"This is the Crimson village, the most biggest village I'n this island. As you can see they're just a few werewo- I mean people here because everyone attend to Crimson university"

There are university here?

"Tell me what's this island called?" I'm really curious of this island since we came here. It's hits different, I always imagining that all Island is full of a wonderful resort with many coconut and tourist people. I even imagine that all of the people we'll across would gladly help and welcome us not like this! Were being tied as if we are a criminal! And all of above why the hell there eyes is shifting into a golden eyes? It's even glowing! They also had a fang! What are there? A vampire?!

My heads started to hurt with a full of questions that have not yet answered even a one single questions. My curiosity is killing me!

"Save that question later. You know, those who have a many knowledge may be threatened their lives so be careful to not get trap by your own curiosity woman" he's warned and wink at me. I frown out of annoyance and turned my eyes to Alice who's staring to him with those admiring eyes.  I gave her an eyes like a shark but she just smile at me and continued dreaming.

This girl!

I turned to Kate and got shocked when I saw her carried by that guy on his back. She even seems happy about it.

What the hell?!

"It's look like your friend are having fun, you should be too Chlo-Chlo" my eyes widened in shock on what he said at last and frowned when I found it annoyance. I ignore him and appraised carefully every corner of the town. It's look like the government in this place is so good since every corner of the town is so cleaned and the people is also disciplined very  well even though they're weird and creepy.

After a long walk we finally reached to our destination, their young lord's mansion. With all of the houses in there this one is the different among them, it's a modern style. The exterior is all plain white, it has a two fountain at the front and a green grass on the ground. The gate is so high and its also have  a live wire at the top. The places is wonderful but at the same time scary as hell. 

"Open the gate!" He shouted and within just a three second the gate suddenly opened by a two beautiful maid. They immediately bow when they saw the man in front of me and then guide us to the mansion. Amusement immediately flashed to my face as I appraisal the whole place. The mansions interior is so intrigued to stared, it has even a majestic carpet on the floor. The chandelier above is like a diamond who's glowing beautifully. Everything is so perfect, the portrait, things and the design. 

I wish I can have a mansion like this! 

"The young lord is waiting for you, young master" the maid who's leading us completely stole my attention. I really wanna know if the one who they keep calling young lord is the one who's leader of this town? And this man walking beside me is the second leader? 

"Did he attended the school?" He asked and thw maid is politely nodded to his question. He's facial expression is a little bit disappointed after receiving the answer.

"He may already know that I glitched at school" he whispered as he shook his head and chuckled. 

"Tsh, truly a jerk" I whispered to the wind.

"Did you say something" I was a little bit surprised that he hears it but immediately I shook my head. "Nothing"

"Nah! I heard you"

"Then why did you bothered to ask?" His jaw dropped on how I talked back to him. Everyone stared at me with a black amazement on their face while my friends are stopping their laughters.

"You—" the maid behind me suddenly attacked me but stopped by him. He still wearing his favorite expression as he look at me. "If you hurt her for surely the young lord will kill you" he chuckled and tap my forehead. I rolled my eyes and continued walking as if I know where I am going to. 

"Wow! Walking like her own home huh?" He laughed again and walk beside me. I tried to ignore him but failed, I was really annoyed by his voice and laughter! 

Why is he always laughing?! 

"You know we can be friends"

"I'm not interested" I turned back and feel relieved when I saw my friends walking behind me but immediately pissed when I saw those furious eyes of the maid.

Whatever.

"Ouch! Even a devil like me found my heart's breaking" he acted like he's suffering from a pain in the heart while wearing his playful facial expressions. I rolled my eyes and walk faster. We stopped at the biggest blacked door made by acacia wood. 

"By the way I forgot to introduce myself to you, I'm Kiefer Jax Mistblood" he winked me then knock at the door. "We're here Lex!" He shout afterwards opened the door. 

A man who's sitting in a swivel chair appeared before my eyes. His eyes immediately shift into a golden blazed eyes with a spiral crimson as he stared me and evilishy smirked to me.

"Welcome to my mansion, woman"
