Chapter 33

Bryan woke up in a very happy state. His heart blossomed because he had expressed his feelings for his beloved woman. Feelings that he had been suppressing made him uneasy about his day because all he could imagine was the separation from Shienna when their baby was born.

However, all of a sudden, that happy feeling seemed to be shattered into pieces as soon as he read the message that Shienna wrote on a piece of paper and left on the nightstand.

It was a goodbye that didn't state the reasons why Shienna had chosen that path. Bryan's heart was broken into pieces, feeling betrayed once again, although this time it wasn't because of the same thing as before. This time, it was much more painful.

Bryan's body slumped to the floor, stunned for a while, before finally forcing himself to get up, put on his clothes, and hurry to find his wife.
