NEVER LET YOUR GUARD DOWN

“Harder!” Tyler yelled and Rebecca hit the sandsack (german) again. She was sweating profusely even though it had been less than ten minutes since she started training.

“I..I'm tired Tyler.” Rebecca said between heavy breaths.

“Seriously? If you were in a serious fight, will you give up that easily?” Tyler asked with a disappointed face.

“Just five minutes of rest, please.” Rebecca begged.

“Keep striking Rebecca.” Tyler ordered and Rebecca hit the sandsack one more time before passing out on the ground.

“I can't do it anymore.” She breathed out.

“I thought you said Alex was training you before now, is this what he trained you to do? To give up so easily?” Tyler asked with a frown.

“Alex trained me on how to avoid attacks not how to throw one.” Rebecca replied with a groan. She couldn't even feel her legs as they were cramped up.

“Fine, rest for a while.” Tyler said with a sigh and began punching the sandsack himself. He imagined it to be Alex face and increased his speed, venting his
