••ALEXANDRA POV••

"Where am I?" My head was spinning when I opened my eyes, and my body felt like it had been dragged through hell and back.

I couldn’t shake the heavy ache in my lower half especially that particular part of my body felt like thorn apart. I groaned as I shifted slightly, the soft mattress beneath me the only comfort in an otherwise unbearable pain.

Before I could gather my thoughts, Clara rushed to my side. Her worried face came into focus as she sat down beside me, gently placing a hand on my arm.

"You're awake finally," she said with a relieved voice, "I'm extremely worried about you, seriously you've been unconscious for hours."

I tried to sit up, but the sharp, piercing pain made me wince and collapse back onto the bed. "What… what happened?" My voice came out hoarse, barely above a whisper, thanks to those three brothers, I even lost my precious voice after screaming and moaning for so long.
