“Stop!” I yelled as I walked back briskly to where Lena, her mum, and her mum's boyfriend, Mr. Fred Sky, were.

Lena was on the floor, writhing in pain and holding onto her cheek, while Uriel, her mother, was bending over her, jeering at her. She seemed to be very pissed and irritated.
