I watched my perfect woman sleep peacefully by my side. I cleaned her body and tended to her soreness, but she healed faster than humanly possible. Another sign that not only was she carrying a pup, but her body was accepting my mark.

It was a risk, but some how my wolf knew she would survive. Not just survive, but that she needed this, I needed this. We were meant to be together and I knew that more than anything else.

It is very rare a wolf is mated with a human. When it does happen, it is a lowly omega with not much strength. Never was there a story of an Alpha, Beta, or Delta marking a human, and never when they weren't fated.
