He walked out of his Bugatti buttoning up his blazer and wearing his shades. The guards at the gate bowed to him and he went inside the office building throwing the car keys to the guard. As he planned to take over the company within a week he chose today.
Everyone greeted him meekly with their gaze down, standing in a row holding their breath. He went inside his cabin giving them a curt nod as he disappeared inside his cabin and everyone sighed in relief. He has a dominating aura around him that makes everyone's breath stuck in their throat.
He was a man who talk less and work more, a calculative personality, with a manipulative nature. The world calls him a monster for a reason. He never shows mercy on someone making mistakes.
Tarun, his assistant, came behind him and stood across from his desk as he sat on his swivel chair. "Sir, everyone is already present in the meeting hall, we can start the meeting now," A man in his mid-twenties told him and he nodded, going through the file in his hand. "Let's go," he stood up walking out of the cabin and Tarun followed him behind.
He walked inside the meeting hall removing his shades. Walking up to the mic he cleared his throat to get everyone's attention. The numerous murmurs which were resonating in the hall went silent with his gesture.
"Good morning everyone, I don't like beating around the bush so I would directly come to the point. Be considerate towards your work. Don't mix your personal life with your professional one. Do your best and don't give me a reason to kick you out" He was saying and everybody present in the meeting hall listened to him with a pin drop silence.
"One thing you should know about me is I don't like negligence towards work. If you can't handle the pressure now you can never achieve success, I expect your 100%" with that he completed his speech and the hall was again filled with numerous murmurs.
Girls were drooling over their handsome boss while some were afraid to lose their job. "The meeting is over. Everyone get back to work" he announced with a cold demeanour and walked out of the meeting hall.
"The new CEO is such a hottie," a female employee said to another colleague. "He is kinda sexy but he's cold," another girl said observing his looks when he was giving his speech in the meeting hall a while ago. They were gossiping about their new CEO while working on the task they were appointed to do.
"You guys should focus on work rather than gossiping" A man in his mid-thirties who is the head of the finance department in the company said from behind, clearing his throat and startling them both. "Yes sir" both girls gave him an embarrassed smile and got indulged in their work again. He shook his head and left not before saying "girls nowadays"
"Sir we got the call from the Singhania industry. Should I fix your meeting?" Tarun asked and he tilted his head towards Tarun. Avyaansh smirked knowing his arrow hit the target while Tarun was perplexed. "Arrange dinner meeting with them tonight and send me the reports of the last three months. I want every detail of the invested money" Avyaansh ordered him and Tarun left, nodding at him.
His phone chimed with a message and his fingers stopped typing on his laptop. He unlocked his phone and leaned back on the chair, and going through the message a smirk appeared on the corner of his lips seeing Her picture. Shanaya was on the college campus, sitting with her other friends and laughing at the jokes they were cracking.
"Laugh as much as you want because your doom is on its way coming near you" Avyaansh smirked thinking about the trap he planned for her. "You are my trump card, Shanaya" he leaned back on his chair. His voice was void of any emotions and that smirk never left his face.

Meanwhile at Singhania heights;
"Did you get the appointment with him?" Rajeev asked his secretary who stood in front of the desk with a rigid posture. "Sir I have called his assistant and fixed your dinner meeting tonight" David, a man in his mid forty replied. "After so many calls he finally agreed to the meeting" David further added.
"He's looking for land near the seaside to build a luxurious seven-star hotel. This is the information we got till now from the resources" David told him as he already dug out the information for his boss knowing well he would be asking for it.
"This was the land he's looking for '' Rajeev turned on the projector and pointed at the land with laser light in the dark room illuminated with a light coming from the wall screen. They both were in the meeting room discussing the land. "This land is Shanaya's mom's land and she had transferred it in her name before her death," Rajeev said.
"The marketing price of this land is going higher day by day. If the deal went perfect then we can earn in trillion within the year" David told him. "Buy the other land near the seaside" Rajeev ordered his secretary. "Sir the villagers living at the seaside refused to cooperate. They are making a hindrance in buying the other lands" David informed him.
"These greedy insects" Rajeev shook his head in annoyance. "Offer them money and sort out this matter if they still deny then you know what to do" Rajeev ordered and David nodded in affirmation knowing how to handle this matter. "And call for the meeting with the shareholders" Rajeev ordered and David replied "sure sir" When it comes to business Rajeev is cruel.
David left after discussing his schedule and he got busy with his work when his phone rang. Sliding the green icon he answered the call "Hello" Rajeev said. "I need 5 million immediately," the person on the other side said. "Why this much amount? What happened this time?" Rajeev asked frustratedly. "I need the money immediately, I will tell you later"
"I hope you didn't cause any problem again" Rajeev said sternly. "Believe me, I didn't. But I need the money immediately" the person begged. "I will ask David to take care of this matter" saying that the call was disconnected. Rajeev called David and ordered him to transfer the money.
"Just a few months more then everything will be at its place" he muttered before focusing on the file in his hand. Rajeev had worked hard day and night in the past 10 years to make this company India's topmost company.

She took a step back but his grip remained a solid anchor on her. The shrill of her phone pierced the silence again, shattering their eye contact. She instinctively pushed him away, her fingers searching for her phone, she was about to escape when his hand seized her forearm and pulled her. She stumbled and crashed against his chest. Her eyes welled up blurring the harsh line of his face as she stared at him, but her mind was lost in the shadows of the past. She was back there, reliving it all. It was like her brain had hit the pause button. The only thing that managed to break through the fog was the overwhelming question. How did she end up staring into the same blue eyes she was trying to escape? The universe had a sick sense of humor, it seemed dragging her to the same person she was trying so hard to run away. She thought she finally escaped his cage, but how delusional was she? He again appeared like a dark shadow in her newfound sunlight. What more could he destroy? Why could
Aryan saw Avyaansh was coming towards him, a subtle shift in his demeanor as he subtly distanced himself from the group of men. “Avyaansh Malhotra,” Avyaansh stated, extending a hand in a greeting. Aryan shook hands in a formal handshake followed by a nod of acknowledgement. “Ayran Oberoi,” he replied, his voice a low rumble.“It's good to see you here Mr. Oberoi, I presume you have accepted the CEO position?” Avyaansh’s words held a hint of scrutiny while his eyes were carefully assessing Aryan. “You'd be right,” Aryan responded, the words thick as he took a deliberate sip of his champagne. “My father approached you for the same purpose, to persuade me, isn't it?” Aryan asked, his words were more of a statement. Avyaansh's gaze lingered on the glass in his hands. The way he was clutching the glass his veins were visible as if he would crush the glass. He smirked knowing he triggered him. “Indeed, but what truly piqued my interest was your initial reluctance,” Avyaansh admitted, taki
His flight landed in Los Angeles just as the sun dipped below the horizon. The moment he stepped out of the airport, the warm breeze of the city enveloped him. He spotted his car already waiting for him. He walked towards the car and the driver immediately greeted him, giving him an affirmed nod he slid into the backseat while the driver drove the car. As the car cruised through the city streets, he gazed out of the window, palm trees swaying, the iconic Hollywood sign in the distance, and the city's lively energy. The car stopped in front of the grand five star hotel. Avyaansh walked into the hotel lobby, its polished marble floors and elegant decor was a welcome sight. He approached the reception with a friendly smile, and collected his suite key and stepped into the elevator, pressing the floor button he waited tapping his foot on the floor. Reaching his suite he quickly headed into the bathroom. He was already tired with the jet lag and the work pressure and couldn't wait to tak
The midday sun streamed through the cafe window, casting a warm glow on the table where Shanaya and Amaira sat, their lunch forgotten as a serious conversation unfolded. Shanaya, her brow furrowed with concern, leaned forward, her gaze fixed on her friend. Amaira, her face pale and drawn, fidgeted with her straw, avoiding Shanaya's gaze. "No," she finally said, her voice barely a whisper, "I don't want Mom to be involved in this. I'll handle it on my own." Shanaya could see the tension in Amaira's shoulders, the way her fingers gripped the table, a clear sign of the turmoil within."But Amaira," Shanaya protested, her voice laced with worry, "this isn't something you can handle alone. It's been happening for months now, and it's getting worse. You can't just ignore it." She paused, trying to find the right words, the right tone. "If you don't want to talk to your Mom, that's fine, but we have to inform the police. This is serious, Amaira, we can't just let it go."Shanaya watched as
Next day;Avyaansh emerged from the meeting room, a shadow of weariness etched across his face. Tarun walked beside him, his voice a steady hum of updates. "The designs are in, sir," Tarun said, his fingers tapping the screen of his iPad.Avyaansh nodded, "Keep an eye on it, Tarun," he instructed, his voice low and clipped. "And reschedule my meeting with the shareholders this week." He draped his coat over the stand beside his desk, a sigh escaping his lips as he sank into his chair. "Sir, the annual press conference is being held on the 28th of this month in Los Angeles," Tarun continued, undeterred by Avyaansh's quiet intensity. "I've arranged your tickets and your stay at the hotel." Avyaansh finally looked up, his brow furrowing. "28th alright," he murmured, his fingers drumming a staccato rhythm on the desk. “You and Natasha attend this conference this year,” Avyaansh said and opened the lid of his laptop. "Any updates from Oberoi Enterprises?” He asked while his eyes were glu
A shuddering breath escaped his lips as he rubbed his palm across his face, trying to wipe away the overwhelming emotions that threatened to consume him. His eyes, red and swollen from the battle against tears, betrayed him as a single drop escaped, trailing down his cheek like a silent companion. He stared at the divorce papers clutched in his hands, the ink of her signature glaring back at him. She left the city without any traces behind. The ache in his chest deepened with each passing day, a gnawing reminder of the love that had once filled their lives. He knew he didn't deserve her forgiveness, but still, the least he could do was give her the peace she needed. He understood now that love sometimes meant letting go, and if she truly wished to part ways, he would honor her decision, even if it shattered him. The weight of his guilt was a constant companion, reminding him of the wounds he had inflicted on her heart, the way he had carelessly played with her emotions as if they we
