Grand Duke Beelzebub the Glutton lost the will to live the moment he thought he lost his wife. His misery did not lessen when he had to let go of his daughter and watched her grew up from the sidelines as one of her shadows. He had foolishly thought that it would all soon go away the moment he would take her from the wretched mortal world – or so he thought. He failed to realize that it was only the prelude of the catastrophe he was walking into hand in hand with his beloved daughter.
It turned out that he only brought his daughter to her rightful place only to betray her over and over again. Blinded by the concept of having a complete family with the woman he loved and their daughter, Grand Duke Beelzebub the Glutton neglected Maleficent the Glutton without realizing that he had pushed his daughter to the throes of death.
Blood littered the Grand Duke Beelzebub’s clothes as floated side by side with Aurora also known by many as Selaphiel. It was the blood
‘If I did not see your determination at that hallway, would it be less painful today?’ Damon the Prideful bellowed at the back of his mind. Tears of anguish buried after a series of roars. Flames of disparity devoured the debris around him. Gone was the splendor of the once relic of the old demon lords, replaced with nothing but an endless stream of piles of rubbles and ashes. Leaving no stone unturned, the prince of the Nether World howled. His roars of malevolence shook every nook and cranny of the Malevolent World. The murky crimson ink that painted the walls and floors of the arena dried as Damon the Prideful continued to dance with his ruby flames. A mindless weeps of sorrow shook the foundation of sanity within the Halfling prince. Drowning from his grievances, the immobile body of Maleficent the Glutton was safely tucked in his right wing.Body made of muscles and scales, his firm limbs stood firm and proud amid the cataclysmic chaos of the arena. Fa
LEVI THE ENVIOUS STOOD immobile. Reflected within a pair of swirling sapphire orbs was the destruction of the relic of the old Nether World. But history be damned for the Halfling, his pounding heart was for the green-eyed Halfling within the premise of the catastrophe.“Have you detected her presence?” Levi the Envious looked behind him. His knuckles turned white from his clenched fist yet it did not lessen the pounding that was threatening to burst his chest. Hackles raised, Levi the Envious, all clad with his Black Knight uniform of Transylvania Academy, gritted his teeth upon the shaking head of his Basilisk. For the nth time, ever since he arrived from his mission and waited atop the nearest tallest building next to the crumbling arena, Levi the Envious felt the snapping of presence from one person – Maleficent the Glutton. He had witnessed her fight with Gabriel the Faithful and bit his tongue to remind him her instruction which resonated at the
MERLIN THE NECROMANCER whistled. The ringing sound of the piercing chime of the wind resonated, bouncing within the hearing radius of one hundred kilometer circumference with him as its apex point. On cue, three meters away from him, the very dune he was standing on started to wave. The sands of the Nether World that sparkled from silver and gold combined parted – a movement with his direction as its aim. Through his peripheral vision, Merlin the Necromancer followed the movement of the first one who answered his called. It was in this moment that a movement from his west occurred. It was faster than the movement from his north direction, but its size would not matter for him. So long as it was convenient for him to reach the destination he was meant to stand on as per the contingency plan.“You sure you don’t want me to bring you there instead?” Levi the Envious asked for the nth time already. Upon learning that they still had work to do, it was high
Magic runes started to appear upon the call of Levi the Envious and Merlin the Necromancer. The runes swirled against each other as if they got a life of their own. Hue of purple shade danced around on the ground’s surface, travelling from one place to another, spreading like a growing vine with the two loyal subordinates as the apex. Both eyes closed, their tongues rolled out to the incantation they prepared. Never had they known that they would be able to use this yet look at them now.If Merlin the Necromancer produced a gleaming purple runes, Levi the Envious was able to give off a blue sparkling color to his runes. Their runes hissed, twirled, and swirled as the sands of time seeped through their fingers. Not minding that the lid of the sundial of destiny had long been open, Levi and Merlin focused on the task at hand – saving the balance of the world.Their grief pushed back as the least priority in their minds, the two showed how loyal they wer
Two shades of black and red continued to clash midair. Beneath the veil of mist that lowered the visibility of the place, two gigantic creatures aimed for each other’s neck. One with black-colored hide with a trail of green infernal flames which was akin to the wall of green flames that once surrounded Maleficent the Glutton while the other one got a red set of scales with dashing crimson flames that interlaced with the other flame – somehow, the two flames could not destroy one another because the owner of the green flames the Calamity Dragon was using belonged to the very woman who seemingly sleeping in Damon the Prideful’s. And Damon the Prideful knew that Maleficent the Glutton never had the intention to harm him even way before they became lovers, because she was that kind of person. For Damon the Prideful, Maleficent the Glutton cared for the people she considered as families. She cared so much that she valued her life a little. Her love for the people she cared about
Horns as pristine as the halos. Wings as dominant as the dragons that held dominion over the ethereal creatures of the three realms. Flaming green eyes that resonated with the trail of infernal flames on its wake which reminded the onlookers of a raw emerald gem. Aura that could make even an angel bends.Indeed, the person flying at the very apex of a brawl between two dragons was undeniably Maleficent the Glutton! Not a stain of blood neither a stench of death followed the heir of the Glutton Territory, no. Instead, the Halfling in between the frozen dragons that loomed her was oozing with vitality and confidence.“Master!” It was the Calamity Dragon who overcome the shock of the sudden appearance brought by the supposedly dead Halfling. After all, a citizen of a Nether World would die upon one stab wound from a weapon forged by a holy flame – it was a common knowledge.Though there were a lucky few who managed to keep their immortal li
Black feathers rained down. Gone was the veil of mist and ashes that cloaked the three silhouettes. What was left were the rondo of lightning bolts and flames. The question of what would struck them first, the thunderstorm of the Nether World or the zaps of the demon’s king flamethrower, was uncertain for the fallen angel and the grand duke. But for the two, there was nothing left to lose. Whether they die killing the Demon King or they die trying - it was a fight of no return. To dwell the concept of death and life was an absurd concept for the fallen angel and the lord of darkness.“This is it? This is the power of the demon lord who has the only potential to combat me?” Demon King Lucifer the Prideful on his full glory cackled. Embers of black and red spewed from his fang-filled mouth as he laughed at the very sight of the two before him. He continued, “This is it? This is all of you’ve got? How preposterous!”Demon K
“For me? What is for me?” For Maleficent the Glutton, if only she heard it on the other day right before she died; she bet her ass that she would have flipped. But after experiencing the hollow abyss brought by infamous death, her eyes opened for a perspective that she thought she would never ever have.Upon her series of questions, the recipients of her questions stopped whatever shit they were doing.Maleficent the Glutton could not help but frown as she cocked her head and waited for them to finally look in her direction. She was floating at their back. She could also feel the stare of the demon king who hovered over them like a veil. Maleficent the Glutton wandered her gaze around but she could not find any traces of Gabriel the Faithful. Somehow, the black-colored wings of her mother were an explanation enough.“Isn’t it a bit too late for your filial piety, guys? I mean, it’s not like I didn’t die and come back. Anyway &
