Chapter 125

Still carrying Jase, I followed Leila into the bedroom, where a lovely canopy bed took center stage, and a full-length standing mirror with gold trim set on the floor off to the side, reminiscent of Sleeping Beauty herself. To the left was a crib, draped with a canopy, similar to the one in Aruba. They had graciously agreed to bring one up to the room before we arrived. Now, it was a part of the décor, as if it had always been there.

“It’s no wonder that they named it the Sleeping Beauty Suite,” Leila said.

“I was just thinking the exact same thing,” I replied. “Come. Let’s check out the rest of the suite.” Then, I turned to Jase. “Do you want to see the rest of the suite, too?”
