Waking Up Alone

The night had gotten shed with its darkest curtain. Every single thing had turned completely silent. Nothing could be heard except the ticking of the clock. She was past asleep but his eyes had lost their sleep which were continuously gazing at her peacefully sleeping face.

His eyes refused to rest even for a single second by sleeping tonight because they needed to gaze at her as much as possible. His heart needed to feel her, his body needed to feel her warmth, his soul needed her closeness, so he was trying his best to fulfil these needs of his body, heart and soul.

After burning both of their bodies in that beautiful flame of pain and pleasure for almost half of the night, he let her sleep. He knew she was wanting to ask him why he was behaving like that with her. He knew she had sensed his fear in his tears but he didn't give her a chance to ask him about it. She fell asleep in his arms immediately after those beautifully passionate moments between them ended.
