Chapter 23.

"Tarquin, did anything happen between you and Ivy?" Emma asked softly while she stared at Tarquin who had just returned from his company.

Ever since the episode with Ivy, Tarquin had begun to act strange; he had even scolded Morgan when she asked him questions, and that made her anxious.

Emma had returned to the country because she wanted Tarquin to be hers, and she won't let a worthless slut like Ivy spoil her plan.
