Despite agreeing with Yoké that I wouldn’t come see him that night, I found myself sneaking out of bed and out of the hut. As I passed the cow it made a loud long mooing sound causing me to flinch. There was no where for me to hide so I just froze in one position. After the cow stopped and I saw that no one had come out of their huts.
