Somewhere in the Amazon rainforest in Brazil, an old man who is in his late seventies is picking some kind of orange leaves that look juicy like an aloe vera plant. But unlike the aloe vera plant, these leaves are round and small.

"Doctor, what are these leaves for? This area is dense and slippery. It is said that poisonous snakes reside in this area. And there is no cure for the poison of these snakes" the tribal man who accompanied this old but fit-looking man said. The tribal man is looking around them with his keen eyesight to detect trouble.

The old man is none other than Russell Bianchi.
