Alasia's POV:

My sole purpose of asking him if I could give it a try was so I could gauge what his reaction was going to be to my request. As far as I understood what it meant to be a slave, I do not think he was really acting like a slave owner should from what I understood of their position. Well, to my own admission, I have never been a slave before so I was not exactly sure what to expect from being placed in that position. I was only a slave for the past two days after all. However, I do recall seeing slaves while I was in the market. They were not allowed to speak or look at anyone for the most part.

Then a thought came to mind. I remember he told me that I was not allowed to look at any other man while in his presence. So did that mean that I could look at other people but just not other men while in front of him? Wait, there was the time I looked at the older man and he did not say anything to me. Does that mean he was only referring to selec
