I stood there in shock as I watched this play out before me. Why would Omega Kariel allow Merial out of her cell from down in the dungeon? That part escaped me why he would do such a thing. I knew she did not quite belong to my pack, so my Alpha command would not have much of an effect on her. However, the last thing that I expected was for my mate to be able to shift after the experience that she had. I knew she was quite young for a Lycan, but to be able to change into her wolf at that age was a rare thing that happened even in our world.
