Jovy sat up on the hospital bed waiting for Arlo to finish up with the paperwork to take her home. She has been trying really hard to hold back the tears threatening to fall, most especially she wouldn’t want Arlo to meet her in such state but they keep coming. Her tears isn't that of sadness but of anger and frustration and the thoughts swirling in her head made her feel dizzy. It had taken her a second shot at death to realize that it was time to get a life and move on from her misery.

For three weeks, Logan didn't bother to call or visit her at the hospital despite him being the reason she ended up at the verge of death. His excuse as Jovy had heard from Arlo was that she wasted his time by not sending the file in quickly. So he acting unconcerned about her predicament was his way of punishing her.
